Are You Reliving a conversation from 2019 at 2am like it's a documentary?

Brain: let's rewatch that thing you said in 2019.
Me: why.
Brain: no reason, from the top. Replaying it isn't solving anything. It's just the same complaint on a loop.

Try this instead: That's done. I don't need to relive it to survive it. Or, if the loop keeps going: What can I actually do about this? That question gets you out of the complaint and back into action.

You will find that your self-talk will want to go over and over situations that did not work out the way that you had hoped or expected. Sometimes it might be a casual conversation where you say something you wish you could take back. Asking yourself a question helps to stop the loop. If there is nothing you can do about it learn to forgive yourself (or them) and let it go. If there is, then do it, say you're sorry or make amends.

Our products can support you in learning how to take control of your negative self-talk.
